The worst service I ever seen

I really didn't get my ring ! Seriously??? Can uh believe?? Even after 14 days I didn't get my ring ! It's one of the disgusting experience I ever have ! I wasn't expecting this from salty tbh! And when I asked and mailed about it there is LITERALLY NO RESPONSE!!??? Are uh guys even check the customer messages or mails???? Not even single star sorry! It's a terrible experience for me !
