Order Status & Tracking
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from Salty once your order is successfully placed. The email will include all the details related to your order.


Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
The shipping address of your order can only be modified if it hasn't been packed yet. To change the address, contact our Customer Care team at Queries@salty.co.in or WhatsApp 8920090489

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
"We ship your order within 24 business hours, and it will be delivered within 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, delivery takes 10-15 business days, depending on the country of residence."

My order shows delivered but I have not received it.
"Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to whatsapp us on 8920090489 or mail us at Queries@salty.co.in within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.

Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

Shipping & Delivery

Do the shipping charges vary on the number of items purchased/weight of the order?
For PAN lndia, shipping charges is Rs.49 FLAT irrespective of the order size and weight.

What delivery methods do you use?
We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Xpressbess, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTCT for shipments in India. All international orders are sent through Amarex international .

How do international duties and taxes work?
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and depend on the customs rules at that time. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot define the cost as it varies by country.

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Immediately inform our customer care team via Queries@salty.co.in or WhatsApp 8920090489. Note that any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery will not be considered.

How do I redeem a coupon/gift card?
Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy. You can enter the discount/coupon code or enter your gift card code, click on Apply Code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 4,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.

Cancellation Policy

What is Salty’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse, including sale items. The amount paid will be credited to the same payment method used. If you wish to cancel after the order is packed, contact our Customer Care team at Queries@salty.co.in or WhatsApp 8920090489.

How do I cancel my order?

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
"For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet."

Our jewellery is anti tarnish and water resistant?
Our products are anti-tarnish, with a little care, you jewellery will last longer! Regular use of water on jewellery - like showers, swimming etc, should be avoided, however little water will not tarnish the jewellery. we have included the care instructions in our jewellery care guide.

How should I store jewelry?
Our microfiber pouch is perfect for protecting your jewelry. It prevents scratches and tarnishing, keeping your items safe and secure. Just store your jewelry inside when not in use to maintain its quality and appearance.

Can I use salty's product on daily basis.
Salty's anti-tarnish feature, you can confidently wear your jewelry daily without concerns about it losing its shine or luster over time.
