Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period: 1 Year from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Covers: Manufacturing defects only (movement, battery, dial, and watch case).
3. Plating Warranty: 6 Months against manufacturing defects only.
4. Warranty Exclusions: Wear & tear, accidental or physical damage, broken/cracked glass (crystal), water or moisture damage, scratches, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and normal fading due to regular use.
5. Warranty Claim: Valid only with the original warranty card/QR verification and proof of purchase.
6. Final Decision: SALTY reserves the right to inspect the product and determine warranty eligibility.
