Worst experience ever

The product I received—a necklace with no name on it—does not match the "Love Necklace and Set of 4 Studs" I ordered and is of extremely poor quality, falling far below the standards I associate with your brand. I kindly request that you promptly arrange a return or exchange of the incorrect item at no additional cost, ensure the correct product is delivered in good condition, and, if applicable, consider issuing a refund for the inconvenience caused. I have attached photographs of the received product, along with the invoice, for your reference and await your swift response to resolve this matter.
