Did not receive only the jewellery box which I ordered!!😤😤

I really was very excited to get this purple coloured beautiful jewellery box with the ribbon as shown in the picture of the product but very badly disappointed by not getting it only with the products and accessories I ordered so I am really very unsatisfied with this and now I will not buy a single product from the Salty accessories.
Also I will make people aware about not to buy anything from Salty accessories because they are fraud, they will just say you will get the refund back but they actually don't process it so I'll make nobody believes in the Salty accessories to buy anything from there!!...
